Good to hear that, especially with how negative everything sounded with Phyfe. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing him and Pickford just sit this game and Penn, and then spring them on Kansas State. Fully rested and no footage, no way to game plan against two new starters in a day.

But also could hurt our guys if we did that and didn’t give them a little PT to get our guys used to playing together.

The big thing to hold back would be for A.J. to run offense and seek assists more than shots for UTA and somewhat Penn. there’s film out for Phyfe and Pickford. Just need to get them back up to game speed.

Highly debatable. Sure they're 2-0, but they won by one against a not good George Mason, and then a home win against Rice. And their leading scorer from last year went down. And this year's UNI isn't anything like last year's UNI. Frankly, we ought to coast against them.

I get the confidence by people here, but we still have lots to prove. If we put up 80+ and hold Arlington in the 50-60 range, we can let a little confidence rise. Otherwise, we’re still the team that hasn’t won road games or easily won any games in the last few years.

Mason was picked 4th in the A10.

Penn is an NCAA Tournament team from last year that still has 3 returning starters after the injury. We were a 16-16 disaster. There's no coasting anywhere this year.
