  • Game 14 - Indiana St. - Jan 1

Happy New Year, Panther Nation faithful!

Let's get a great win to start the 2026 year. ISUb knocked off Belmont, so we cannot expect to cruise by them. Excited for another game this week. Go Panthers!

Another team that has shown they don't really like low possession games

    Time to grind!

Also, Max was not listed on the availability report last night, so I expect him to be dressed at the very least and maybe get a few minutes. Be great to have his handle back.

They may not like low scoring games, but they are the only other Valley team to have won a game when scoring less than 64 points along with than our two Valley wins. Needs to be another grind out game, take care of the ball and grab defensive rebounds!

hope there's a good crowd tonight - looking forward to starting 2026 in the McLoed Center.

keys for a win are the same as always, defend at an elite level, clean up our rebounding and grind out a win. It would be a bonus if we catch a night where we just shoot at a high clip and win going away.

I fully suspect we'll play an 6-10 point game because that seems to be the formula.

It would be great to see us shoot above 70% from the line as well.

Well apparently we figured out how to find the bottom of the bucket to start this game off.

Great to see some good offense so far. Just gotta keep the foot on the gas and not have an extended drought again. Everything always looks better when the ball goes in the bucket.

Indiana state might not be bad

Very unusual to see so many baskets made early in the shot clock on the defensive side. We definitely need to clamp down a bit more, which I imagine will happen, but sooner than later would be preferred.

                      Well, check that!
How do road teams do that to us?

For a "good" team, sometimes we are hard to watch.

We're letting them dictate the tempo. Give them credit though, they can play offense.

My god, this team might be undefeated if they could hit a free throw more than once in a blue moon
