Defense started limiting layups and their shooting percentage went down. Funny how that works!

I think Ben can do that every game. And we have the coach who can get him the matchups consistently.
Izzy settling in. On TV, Will looked OK as he was sitting on the bench.
Did Max use what he had in the tank early, or was it just a case of our usual narrow roster in the second half?

Or, he could have 6 more points, if he would just LAY IT IN.

I think Max could've played more had we subbed at all in the 2nd half. He was gassed at the end is his stretches but looked better than I thought he would.

Great job tightening the screws and adjusting at half. That's what good teams do. Important to get this one on a night where Bradley loses their first.

Great effort in the 2nd half. Great adjustment to get a lot more active taking away back cuts and easy buckets. All season we've made great 1/2 time adjustments.

We have a ton of guys who can get buckets in a lot of different ways.

Any word on Will? Looked like maybe he was getting his shoulder looked at leaving the floor.

On his post-game radio show, Jake said Will told him his shoulder just got dinged up. Doesn't sound too serious. Hope he's right. Good Panther win!

                Good tough win tonight.

                - Welcome back, Max!
                - Indiana State runs a really pretty brand of offense. They move and pass the ball extremely well.
                - Izzy becoming not just competent, but a legitimate threat is a wonderful development.
                - Trey, Ben, and Leon all did what they needed to do at different points of the game.
                - Tristan's offensive game looked a bit more comfortable tonight. He didn't seem as out of control.

Could see more of Geon, Max, Kyle and (hopefully) Will on Sunday. The five played their butts off and looked a bit exhausted at the end.

Great effort in this one, I thought ISU looked very good and well coached. Underrated team. Was nice to see our team maintain composure and come out with better effort and adjustments in 2nd half.

I thought it was awesome seeing Benny and Tristan just bully and overpower the guys that were guarding them all night. I think that should be a major strategy going forward, I think they both will have matchup advantages all year long.

I'd love to know where Indiana State would be had Coach Graves not had to miss the non-con. He soaked up everything he could from Schertz about offense and it shows. That system is an analytical dream.
