Northern Iowa Backer...you've pulled out the "man card" reference one too many times for me, not to mention calling me a female body part (not mulva either by the way.) What are you...12?
So, expert of student section chants, what is "intimidating"??? Is "BS" intimidating? To whom...the officials??? Think that chant helps the home team get calls? I'd love to hear what you think is "intimidating" to opposing teams.
Also, I'm pretty sure I'm more of a man than you'll ever be. Wait until you have a daughter/niece at a game and that chant breaks out with all of the people carrying their "man cards". Are you going to join in on the chant? I've had to explain to my niece how it's not right to say that word in public after a UNI game...it's not cool man. No matter how big your man card ego happens to be.

I'm sure that going to the game at the Phog had something to do with what you said here. I was at the NCAA Tournament game when UNI played Wisconsin and when Bucknell played Kansas. The upper level seating was all Oklahoma State and Kansas fans because they had the shortest drives to Oklahoma City. I'll admit that it was cool for a while to here some of the pregame cheering as a college basketball fan, but it got old pretty fast. I've never really been that big of a Kansas fan though, so watching them get beat in the first round the last two years has been pretty awesome. The funniest part of that trip was after we got beat there were a lot of KU fans coming to our section to see if we had tickets for the Sunday session and some guy behind me said in a quiet voice how do you even know you're going to be there? and my dad said oh they'll be there and then I told my dad thats why they play the game. As the game went on though my dad came around and started to cheer for Bucknell just like I had been for the whole game.
Coach Whisenhunt 1/18/09. "There was never any complaints about not being named the starter, all he wanted was an opportunity and he took advantage of it. Kurt is probably one of the greatest individuals you'll ever meet. Kurt worked hard on a lot of things that a lot of times older quarterbacks aren't willing to do. That's a credit to his humility and his competitive drive, and the reason that we are here today in great part is what Kurt Warner has done for us."
Also, I'm pretty sure I'm more of a man than you'll ever be.

Hey, 2317! I bet your dad can beat up NIB's dad any day of the week, can't he!!!?!?!?!?

Note to self..."Self, (that's what I call myself when I'm talking to me) when did they ever hear me say that I was mature (or that I was calling him immature)?
Second note to self..."Self, NIB still can't come up with any chants more clever than the "BS" chant. It must be tough to come up with an intimidating list of chants when you're busy pulling everyone's "man cards" all day long."
