GD I hope we play this spring, my kids have been asking why we didn't go to the dome this fall.
Oh, and let me make this perfectly clear to you people: you go to UNI, NOT IOWA. The Hawkeyes and their fans do not give a crap if you remain "true to them" or some stupid self-fulfulling bullcrap like that.-OTP

What i say are my opinions and mine alone, and not that of anyone associated with me.

At least the boys are starting with three dome games.

Frankly, I see no reason for us to not be at 6-0 for the NDSU game, and if the FCS were smart, they'd have that be a #1 vs #2 matchup when the time comes.

I checked ESPN press room to see if there was an opening on the 19th and it's filled with basketball on ESPN/2/U for the opening weekend. So it could change but not likely the reason the opener was moved unless the league picked up an additional package with CBSsports net, or got something from fox sports. I could see Espn picking up something for the final 3 weeks after college basketball winds down however and broadcast most if not all of the playoffs.

The Valley is exclusive to ESPN through 2024-25, fwiw.

I would imagine ESPN will expand playoff coverage where they can in gaps around the NBA Playoffs.

Fwiw = for what it’s worth

So are tickets being sold and the general public can attend?

At this point, plans are for about 25% capacity or roughly 4000 people, PSC members who are season ticket holders will have priority for attendance.

That should hopefully provide a loud enough crowd. I'm also hopeful that'll keep the NDSU fans to a minimum for that game.
