Re: A request from Coach Jake

Hartzell tried to kick me out my sophomore year in the dome when Iowa came because I had a sign that said "Pierre, stay away from my sister.". Just a fun side note.
"Why tip someone for a job I'm capable of doing myself? I can deliver food. I can drive a taxi. I can, and do, cut my own hair. I did however, tip my urologist, because I am unable to pulverize my own kidney stones."

That would have been unfair, because it was just a legitimate warning. I would be concerned too.

        Speaking of standing forever....

Iirc, it was the second time the Hawks came and played in the dome. We stood for what seemed like six hours while Iowa scored the first 18 points of the game.

I suppose in that case we could have sat down early......It wasn't pretty,

Was it ONLY 18? For some reason I thought it was more like 30. What a nightmare.

If fans are standing until *Iowa* scores tonight, it could be a similarly long period of time.

              I hope this is true.
