actually jordan apologized so its probably no longer alleged. however 10% of the season is standard protocol and I do not see why UNI should have to deviate from procedure right now.

UNI should totally institute a punishment which would make it easier for a team like, oh I don't know, how about Bradley, to win the post-season tournament.

Just for curiosity, does our athletic department requires athletes to sign a code of conduct? If so, does the contract state the amount of punishment for certain behaviors, such as DUI or drinking underage? I believe that other schools have gone to a punishment schedule establishing the number of games missed for certain arrests.

If so, does the contract state the amount of punishment for certain behaviors, such as DUI or drinking underage? I believe that other schools have gone to a punishment schedule establishing the number of games missed for certain arrests.

I'd guess that more schools don't put it in writing so they can be lenient if a star player gets arrested before a big game. Frankly, the NCAA should have some sort of punishment schedule for this type of thing. Easier said than done, though, I suppose. It'd be impossible to get a one-size-fits-all solution all across the country.

I've never understood the "looking over the top of my glasses" look. I have a friend that has a picture of her husband and her looking over the tops of their glasses. The same technique has been featured in a local home renovation commercial. WTF is it supposed to mean?!?

I suppose we could rekindle the old debate of which is worse:
drunk driving or being in posession of weed.
but that never gets resolved, so such a rekindling wouldn't do anyone any good

1) A player shouldn't be drinking mid-season

2) ANY time you drink and drive you could kill someone.
