having a "share of the title" doesn't really mean much of anything with a loss on Saturday. Would be the #2 seed for the MVC tournament either way. And the additional loss could be detrimental to both teams' NCAA tournament seeding.

tell that to the team...anything is better than 16-15...i think they'll take a share if not all of it if given the chance. They could still at least say they were conference champs. I don't care about the arch madness thing.

I disagree. A conference title, shared or outright, is something you hang a banner for. Considering the fact that we would have split our games with each other, it would be a legitimate shared title. I don't think the fact that we would be the 2 seed because of our non conference strength of schedule would really tarnish that.

First time poster; have really enjoyed reading PN over the course of this amazing basketball season! Making the overdue trek to CF for Wednesday's game with a fellow '03 alumnus...cannot wait to see the team in person again! Keep on rolling, Panthers!

Thank you! Looking forward to a great atmosphere in the McLOUD without all the high-brow attitude of some ISU & Iowa fans. I would love it if the state had three teams with Dance cards.

80% chance of snow with anticipated accumulation of 3-5 inches.....might affect attendence numbers.

Yeah, I'm planning on making the trek from Ames. I was disappointed when I heard that forecast this morning.
