I just fired off an email to ESPN+ describing the situation and requesting my account be reimbursed for the month of Dec or I will be terminating my account. I would encourage others to do the same.

I got a guy in their live chat that is telling me to contact them once the issue is resolved for compensation options. I will probably cancel anyway as this season looks like a disaster.

After 45 minutes I got a live person at phone number ESPN lists. She said it was a system issue and they were “on the phone with ESPN”. I asked about a credit to my account, mostly out of frustration. After being on hold again she said they “weren’t giving credits since everyone was having the issue”. So we all have that going for us...which is nice.

That makes no sense. Everybody having an issue meaning that it's clear that ESPN is having a technical difficulties but because everybody is having we're not going to credit your account. Unbelievable!

This has always been my concern about trying to play offensive basketball. Unless you are CONSISTENTLY scoring, it doesn’t work. Also, you need a clear athletic advantage to do it consistently.

What year did coach Jake try this previously and how long was it before he abandoned it?
