This game provide a lot of those lose/win moments. You may pick a loss for a good reason, but you are happy when they win even though you lose the points. I hope our eternal optimists keep moving up the rankings.

This game is a lot more challenging when the Panthers are losing more often . . . but much more fun when they are winning like this.

It is just point shuffling next week as everyone picked a win for next week (unless someone changes their pick to a loss). If we win and nobody changes their picks, it looks like 95 and On will finish in a tie for 1st place. Any thoughts about tie-breakers?

It was tight at the top. I don't recall a year with 6 people being so close to winning. Although folks tended to pick similar W/L, there was quite a bit of variation in the amounts of confidence points. It made for a pretty interesting game this year.

So, now, although both On and 95 get credit for winning, we can continue the game with tiebreakers for 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 9th places for those who want to do so.

In my all-important battle for 9th with the ultra-optimistic clenz (kudos for picking UNI to win each week), I pick:

• UNI for the win
• 21 point margin of victory
• 65 total points scored

Worth noting, because I refuse to pick a loss, that any game I had less than 50% confidence in I picked as a loss (1-4) and those 4 games ended as losses. If I was willing to put an L on the board those would have been the 4.

Essentially I didn't miss a pick all season.
