Drake or Indiana State?

Who would you fellows rather see us play on Friday?

We can beat both teams, but obviously we can lose to both teams too. Interestingly enough if we had scored a grand total of four more points combined against both of them, we would have won the conference outright at 16-2.

Personally, I think I would rather go against ISU. We thoroughly dominated
Drake in their own building, but Young and Cox are good players who can go off at any time, and they have winning tournament experience from last season.

I prefer Drake. They gave us 1 tough game compared to 2 for ISU. Plus, ISU has been on a roll lately. I am just thankful WSU didn't fall to the 8-9 game, which is what would have happened if Drake would have beaten Bradley. Creighton is looking at a really tough matchup on Friday.

Personally, I don't think it matters who we play, when we play, we obviously have to bring our A-game from here on out. If I really had to choose between the two, I'd pick Drake. I think we match up better with them and I would enjoy beating them more. Just my 2 cents worth.

Drake. ISU gave us 2 really tough games. If we shoot just average in our second game with Drake, it wouldn't have been close. I think ISU has had momentum lately, while Drake has been going the other way. And who doesn't like beating Drake?

To play Drake, Drake would have to defeat the Sycamores. I'd like to see UNI pound Drake, but that means Drake would have to play well Thursday night. I don't see it in the Bulldogs.

As much as I'd like to play Drake again, I choose to go with ISU. My all-session tickets are in the Drake section and I just don't want to deal with it.

Hey, a friend and I were able to convince 6 others to join us representing 4 MV schools. Could be an interesting weekend....

I hate Drake, and most of their fans so I would love to see us destroy them.

However, I don't really care either way. Both give us a chance to prove them beating us earlier in the season was a fluke.

They're just... Drake. Have a run-in with them (especially lately) and you'll see what I mean. I have stories, and there are others who do, too.

I don't know. The CU and WSU fans seem to be the biggest idiots on VT. I read once a week, I can't stand the idiocy there.


I just don't like Drake. I can't stand them, or anything about them. They are just one of those schools. I get the same feelings about Florida, Georgetown, and the entire CAA.

Since my roommate and my boss are both season ticket holders I can't "hate" Drake too much. Especially since they haven't mattered for years (until last year). Now Creighton on the other hand....
