I know that is next year but wow, what a prime time line up! I would not be surprised to see those games televised ESPN prime time.

Already planning this trip. From what I've seen for this year's tourney, it looked like the only way to get tickets was to book a stay at Atlantis resort. Trying to figure out a way around that as it looks like it'll be around $1300+ for the room. We found flights from Orlando (not the correct week/end, obviously) for just over $200. As of right now, it looks like it'll probably cost, for two people, about $2000 total.

any word on the Atlantis' financial troubles and if this tourney will be affected?

im a little leery of sending $5000 to a company in bankruptcy.

The bad time to send them money was before they went bankrupt. My company does work for the airlines, and just about every one of them has gone bankrupt in the last 15-20 years and stuck us for whatever they owed us at the time. But the next day we are still doing work for them and we get paid for all that post bankruptcy work just like nothing had ever happened. Atlantis will clear most of their debt and be good to go, perhaps under new ownership, for some time.

Is it really $5k? What does that get you?

I've been thinking about this trip, but I'm not spending that kind of money.

Do you have to stay at Atlantis to get tix to the game(s)? Or can you stay off site and just buy tix?

i priced it out on the atlantis website. you need to call if you want the special pricing. to be honest the place seems like a huge ripoff.
