Admin needs to be bold and quickly or it could be. I think with this there's opportunity as well. If they go with Tuttle they need to pay well, signal full support, and amass as many resources as possible for him to be successful.

You can pay a coach ok, but the bulk of the money really needs to start going to roster development. That is the new way.

We're still going to have a Top 3-ish budget and, theoretically, more of that to rev share than before. I think we can still be consistently good but losing what Jake did from an Xs and Os standpoint is going to take away all of the margin for error. He was usually worth a couple of wins by himself every year.

I don't think there's any one person who's had a more positive impact on the University of Northern Iowa this century. I'm thankful for all he's given to UNI and wish him all the success in the world.

There's no great time for a mid-major coaching transition in this modern era, but I think we will be fine if we all rally around the new coach. It's time to step up and show support if we want to keep this thing going.

That's hilarious. They have had like 5 coaches in 5 years and they just hired one of the most respected coaches in the Country.
