It's a full rebuild but there are things to be excited for in that too.

Can we all promise not to jump off a cliff when the roster all goes?!?!?
All of these seemed like a given. So i hope people are not surprised.

How many do you think go?

Bond is enough of an athlete, Schweiger if he gets a year. I don't think Hornseth fits well against PAC-12 type big men. RJ is likely too small. I don't see Geon heading west, maybe back east. I'm fine with Pock going, well anywhere else. Hoping we can keep the incoming, but we'll see now. It's a whole new world.

Seems like a sign Tuttle is next up. Who does he fill his staff with? Jake Koch has a few years at Omaha. Brian Jones has head coaching experience and is at Illinois State and could be an experienced voice on the bench. Don't think Brooks comes back to be an assistant. Carlson was at Furman this year and they went dancing, too.

His guys did well academically and earned degrees.

          That is a legacy.
          "Well, that escalated quickly."

If it's not Tuttle, I think we have to try to get Erik Crawford, right?

If it's Tuttle, I believe that RJ and Geon stay and we've got a shot at keeping Gerdes. I also assume Pock stays because, theoretically, there would be minutes here for him and there's no way he can play in the PAC.

I fully expect Bond, Hornseth, Schweiger (if he gets the year) and Zens to go with him.

                  To USU? no idea.

Guys retuning to UNI who have played minutes? I would just go in assuming 0. Unless its Tuttle then maybe a few

Its just the way of the world right now

There really is no point in speculating on players until we name a new HC.

The $, and the possibility of roster retention should give Tuttle a big advantage in getting the job, you would think.

We will see what Megan is made of this week. Have to act fast.

I can see the edge of cliff on the horizon, no promises. Lol

Seriously though everyone will need to take a collective breath once the dust settles on this and set realistic expectations.

We haven't had a transition in 20 years, and the last one took about one hour. This definitely isn't the time to "conduct an extensive national search." Hopefully a plan has been in place and we will hear about it fairly soon.

I’m also going to panic even though I know it’s coming.

Really hope we can get a couple fliers in the portal

Does Ben have a buyout clause in current contract? i.e. money to throw at Tut / new hire

and, I'd expect Hunter to be Grad Assistant at Utah State. terrific opportunity for him.

Probably not, but it's definitely time for him to put his alumni hat on.
