Boyd and Zens both advanced to their State title games today.

Zens was also named Mr basketball in the state of Wisconsin today as well!

Jordan Boyd had 26 pts and 9 rebs in the state title win for Desmet Jesuit. Really really strong rebounder for a guard. That's two state titles for our recruits as Zens and Wisconsin Lutheran are locked into a battle right now.

WL dominated the 2nd half to win by 20. Zens finished with 20 & 6 to go along with 3 assists and 2 blocks.
That's 3 for 3 for our 2026 recruits and State titles. How bout that!

I was watching the stream of the game and he is so good. I think he was 4/4 from 3, and he just makes things happen for his teammates. Zens is going to be a stud. I'm going to try and find a stream of Boyd's game.

Our list of guys that were a whisker away from coming here is getting ridiculous. If Zens pans out he will be right up there.

That being said, I'm SOOOOO excited to see the kind of roster KG puts together! Go Cats!

I can understand this, but I agree with 06 and BC. There’s a bright side to seeing news like this. I’m also guessing that while there’s more work to be done, our NIL situation must be semi-healthy relative to our peers if you can sign a guy like Zens to begin with. It’s not like he was going to come here to play for free because he liked the school colors.
