Winning record each year. Finishing 3rd in the conference most years. Second round exits in playoffs. None of this matters anymore. Play calling has been questionable every game. Underutilizing your best athletes on the team. I don’t care if UNI comes back and wins this game. It is time for Farley to go. Get a Dome equity loan or something, but after Jan. 1 Harris needs to give Farley his buyout check. Get fresh blood with a more aggressive offense style. Teach the players the basics and instill discipline. I can live with the team rebuild with a new coach and staff. We are currently stuck in neutral and slipping into reverse.

Remember when we brought in the OC a couple years ago, Joe Davis or someone? He was going to bring in an up tempo, wide open offense, put it on display during the spring game, and when the season came, same old stale offense. Tells you who is in charge of the O, and that person is incapable of change.
