This is well stated. I agree with the timeout stuff. I cringe when we call a timeout to draw up a play.

That's the whole point of the conversation... We don't have a snowball's chance in Hell at getting the 5 star guys that I listed. That's why we have seen the best we can do with our men's basketball. Fourth place Division 2 in 1964 and round of 16 Division I in 2010... We don't get top notch talent that are 4 or 5 star level guys from inner cities or prep schools... We also don't get the top JC guys...
