I'm digging the hustle plays,the offensive rebounds, and the always present top notch defense. I'm not digging the still fairly poor shooting.

We were an awful perimeter shooting team last year but stubbornly continued shooting it over and over and over again with the same results until the season was finally over. Now, with an entire off season to study what went wrong, a recruited pt guard, a lineup that now sports at least three solid options in the middle with two shooting over 50% ly and leading the team in fg %, they sit and don’t play. With a team that shot 41% overall (atrocious) and only 34% from 3, and with the 3 pt line moving back further this yr, jake doubles down and basically plays four guards and tells them to launch like none other. So far tonight...6-30 or 20%. Just a horrible decision if this is what his philosophy is going to be again this season

Bottom line is if he cannot hit free throws, you cannot have him in the game in key stretches or driving late in the clock

No. I watched last season. And you are wrong. And you obviously ignored the entire paragraph and discounted everything that was said. It’s not like it was made up. It happened. Green shot 41% last yr. Berhow same. Haldeman 36%. Brown 39%. Pick 43%. 3’s? Same order: 34, 34, 35, 30, 25% and line is further back. Again, our best offense was our frontcourt players that led the team at over 50%. And the few games the offense went through them, the perimeter opened up and shot better. But jake loves his guards and loves the perimeter and he loves green at point so as said last season...he’s not changing
