            • Of note, Haliburton retweeded the Barnstormers tweet about AJ picking UNI. It's probably him just supporting a friend, but I'm going to over-read into it and say that he's planning on coming here too.

                • Fantastic! He still gets one more year to develop in high school and be around the UNI team. He is gonna take us dancing when he is here.

We've got the momentum. Now Jake needs to sell this to the other 2018 recruits, cause we are building something big here.

Recruits should see us now as a team that's definitely gonna make the big dance during their time

Good to know that's where Jake's head is at. How's that for a goal?

Interesting stat I noticed on AJ...90% from the FT line his soph and junior year. Not many 90%s out there...anywhere.
Winning is more fun than losing.

Not out of the realm of possibility. A lot depends on how last year's freshman class continues to develop. We know there is loads of potential there. If that happens, we should be improved this year, but we could be scary good in years 2 and 3. Not knowing where the 2018 scholarships will go, this is how the lineup looks in 18-19

                          PG McCloud/Green
                          SG Lohaus/ Halderman
                          SF Brown/ Pickford/ Mcdermott
                          SF McDonnell/ T Lohaus
                          C Dahl/Phyfe

I think that is a lineup that could run through the MVC much like Wichita has the last few years. Then in 19-20, you only lose Lohaus.

If we could add another big in this class such as Ambercrombie, I would say this recruiting class is a home run.

I think Pickford is a starter from day 1. Would love to see Brown develop and challenge for that spot.

Agree we could use another SF in there. Abercrombie looks intriguing but he's starting to draw P5 offers.

Regardless...there's some fellas with offers out there looking a little closer at CF today.

We also have James Betz committed for 19-20. Talking about him as a stretch 4. How excited is he right now? Get to work JB.

                            • Listening to On Press Row, some neat tidbits came up, including that Green narrowed it three: UNI, Virginia, and Gonzaga.
