    Iowa was a higher seed than lsu in 2006.

    If 06s theory is correct, I would like to congratulate coach Jake on assembling such a fine team using only kids that had no desire to play in the big Ten or big 12.

      Ugghhh I'm so sick of Iowa fans expecting us to be okay with this. The ticket prices are rediculous. The date of the games is horrid with it being graduation and the start of Christmas break. It's basically a home game for Iowa State and Drake. It's not a tournament. It's just a giant load of crap.

      But lets just be thankful they agreed to play us a neutral court every other year. Whatever.

              oh cry me a river. fans of both teams pay the same costs, travel the same distance, both teams gave up the same thing. uni doesn't need some forced series to schedule well and they need to engage their fans in Des Moines. The outrage is just absurd. quit acting like petulant children.
