DrakeNation is reporting Tremell's injury is a re-aggravation of the same injury that kept him out all summer, and said that the injury could cause him to miss an extended period. They also seem to speculate as to if he'll grad transfer out after this year.

I'd imagine shooting someone in the head and getting arrested for it is probably pretty traumatic, to be fair.

Mere fractions from killing somebody. Felony manslaughter or worse. No way in hell he'd still be playing for Coach Jake. I'd probably stop supporting the team if he was.

FWIW I had heard the same thing and that discussions had to happen to have Jake let him back in but we all know all I do is make stuff up.

All I can say is thank goodness for the assistant coaches. I don't think we win that game without Berhow in the second half.

Was about to say, yeah, that was in a couple articles after that game ended, it was to the tune of Jake saying "I was done with him for the night, but the guys on the bench had his back and it worked."
