Cinci probably skews a little more in and WSU won't fall enough out. And since we're apparently still in at-large consideration, which is shocking to me, that matters more than them losing.

For this game, for the rest of the games, I hope they lose 100-10.
IDK, today's ESPN Bracketology dropped WSU to 11 and Cincy bumped up to a 10. I think they're both about the same level so may as well have WSU lose.
We stayed the same at an 11.

    • Lunardi has Wichita State on the bubble. I think he's right to say that we have a strong case for an at-large as long as we win the next four. If we don't make it the MVC championship game, I think we're more likely than not on the outside looking in come selection Sunday.

      • Trying to watch the conclusion of the Loyola-Bradley game today and I see ESPN3 thinks it starts at 7pm, LOL!
Can you imagine if that was our game and we couldn't watch?

          • Brown had a great look to win the game and barely hit the rim. I am not thrilled with Bradley dropping to the #4 seed.

Two great looks. Missed em both.
However, a stronger Loyola NET is good for us if we were to lose to them in the finals.

              • Not a good result for us. Would have much preferred Bradley and Loyola were on the same side of the bracket.

                • Disagree, I'd rather face Bradley than ISUb.

                    • Yeah. Stinky prelude to our game on ESPN2. Interesting to see A Reaves. I’m not sure where he would find a lot of time on our team though. Berhow > Reaves.

                      • I haven't looked closely, but it sure seems like every bubble team is winning today.
To avoid confusion - my username is baseball (Cy Young award) related, NOT for the Cyclones.

                          • I don't know if every bubble team is, but most of them are, especially the ones with names/national fan bases/money. Bubble is shaking out very poorly for us down the stretch. It's so key for us that today's dismantling of Drake, who was talked up by the announcers quite a bit, was on national TV. That performance is likely to stick in the minds of any committee member who was watching.

                            • I just saw that Arkansas lost on the road to a average at best Georgia team. That could help us out down the road.

Speaking of the SEC, we probably want to become big fans of South Carolina down the stretch, at least until any possible success they may have going forward starts to hurt us. I've seen them listed as a fellow bubble team recently.

Honestly, the only time we shouldn't root for them is if it goes #68 SCar, #69 UNI. With WVU and Colorado falling off cliffs of varying sizes, the more help we can get on the resume, the better, and 2-1 over tourney teams beats 1-1 any day of the week.
