I was fortunate enough to take my two boys to the game tonight along with another fellow Panther buddy. Their crowd was sparse for sure and in articles I have read tonight it is disappointing to CU to be ranked and not able to draw over 7,000. We had a nice fan base show up for the game and at times their fans were loud but we would hit a big shot or make a steal and they would quiet back down.......What a great game to attend and it was obvious that a lot of their fans knew nothing about us. Even the crossing guard talked smack to my boys as we entered the arena....hahaha. I will give one of their fans credit though.....when he heard the crossing guard spewing nonsense....he said, yeah, he doesn't know anything....I have been worried about this game for a while now.......all in all it was a FANTASTIC experience for myself and two boys and there were plenty of us Panther fans giving each other high fives in the con course afterwards!!!! Should be a very fun season to watch and follow.........great win tonight and here is to many, many more! GO PANTHERS and let's get after JMU on Friday night!!!!!!

I hope Dahl continues to get minutes. He's been huge this year. I'm worried in the Valley with smaller match ups he won't see the court. I say make the other teams match up with us instead of matching up with them. He would dominate the smaller posts on offense. Big advantage for us in rebounding as well.

I think you will see him more then last year, and it is a matchup thing, more so the opposing team's #5 and their ability to pull JD away from the basket and be effective offensively. He will face smaller guys that can't do this and I think you will see him a ton in those games. I think that it is also important that James learns to play against bigger players. Bill Walton said last night that a true measure of how good a basketball player is, is their ability to play against bigger, stronger and faster players and still perform, which is so true.Originally posted by UNIhoops View PostI hope Dahl continues to get minutes. Totally agree. My fear that vs Luther and less quality teams he doesn't see a minute. Vs West Virginia and Colorado he plays half the game. I just think we are the better team and teams should start matching up with us. I can't imagine we face a big that shot as well as the Colorado guy did off the bench last night.

I was wondering this too and it would be a good question for a coaches show... Will Jake ever be willing to try to force the matchup problem with Dahl instead of simply reacting to whatever the opponent does? I would like to see this tried during conference play for sure.Originally posted by UNIhoops View Post

And watched Northern Iowa play Cornell in the Poulan Weedeater Bowl. ~ Dwight Perry The Seattle Times

Fubo has a 7 day free trial that includes the pac 12 network. It’s how I watched the game. You can also rewatch the game on fubo. So, if you’re interested you can watch it that way.Originally posted by '70 Grad View PostAny place to watch a replay of this game?
