Yes all games not on espn 2/u, cbssn, or mvc tv network(nbc sports chicago/bally sports) will be on espn plus. The UNI men's schedule with tv and start times is on the first page of the thread. We are on the final year of our current deal with espn but I don't see us going with any other media partner. On the football side (separate but similar) we just renewed with espn this fall through the 2029 season.

The more I think about it, the more I think that the Coe game being free is a good move. We know that we're gonna be a good, fun team, I doubt the average resident of the area or average student of the school knows that though. Random Wednesday night with nothing going on in town + Free admission should = decent crowd, and hopefully that crowd gets to learn about the team that we've been getting hyped about for months, which should translate to bigger crowds later in the year.
...Or I just like it because I'm gonna be able to save 10 bucks. Either way.

I think we did a decent job on the schedule. It's balanced and it's reasonable prep for MVC play. It's 14 home, 14 road and 3 neutral. I would like to see more home games due to our financial strain. A number closer to 15 at home would be more desirable. Yeah, that's only one game difference but one more would make a difference. The home and home thing got us on the road more this season. Perhaps, we could schedule 2 non-D 1 games at home going forward and maintain a comparable schedule with the other 29?

Best way to absolutely ramp up your NET ratings is to blow out bad teams. Want proof? Iowa State (6-2) is 13 in the NET.
Wins:
Green Bay by 41
Lindenwood by 55
Idaho State by 31
Grambling by 55
VCU by 4
DePaul by 19
Losses:
Virginia Tech by 9
Texas A&M by 4__________________

I remember when the NET was being pitched and they said it wouldn’t incentivize blowing out teams because one of the factors is winning margin, but that maxes out at 10. That was obviously a lie, as the defensive and offensive efficiency numbers still incentivize you to beat the opposition into the ground.
The NET seems to take all the “other” measurements into account far more than just wins and losses. Hard to complain about the formula when we don’t know what it is, though.
