Yeah. I love Will, but if we are depending on him stretching teams out at the top, I think we are asking for trouble. Nothing about what we saw from the line or otherwise suggests that's a legitimate possibility right now. I know Jake has said that, and I'm sure he has shown glimpses in practice, but I don't love that.

His lack of confidence may stem from his free throw shooting! Please work on that. Otherwise, I love his game, especially for a first-year player

Everybody else looks good shooting from outside against us in games so it is no surprise that our own players would look good against us in practice.

Who knows if we even reached out to Reed. I would think so, but nobody really knows. In recent years I feel like we haven't known who we've reached out to until they're committed.

I'm wondering if with the roster largely built, we're choosier on transfer downs and the role we can guarantee based on perceived talent level. Ben, Leon, and Hutty worked out pretty well, but it's not as if they were dominating the league from day 1 or day 100. Took some time to settle them in, be comfortable with their roles, and then take a larger one on the next year.

I have no doubt we are being exceptionally choosy. It's the same way we operate with high school recruits.

Any chance we end up with another high school kid? I imagine anyone worth having is already gone. I'm not sure I would want that anyway, as I prefer to grab older players from the portal.
