it was certainly part of it. making an in-home to raef would have helped as well, among other little things.

Well i would say the expectations are getting even greater considering iowa has the 13th best recruiting class in the nation.

that is not accurate, but iowa is certainly trending in the right direction. that being said it will have little to no impact on UNI.

to quote Lou Mannheim, "Man looks in the abyss, there's nothing staring back at him. At that moment, man finds Iowa Basketball"

ok my bad its been updated, now ranked #21, but very true. it should be a good season for both teams.

this isnt bad. iowa is foregoing a home game vs UNI for this setup.

Terrible compared to current arrangement. Better than the teams not playing at all. Is the revenue split evenly?

I really hate that we won't be playing iowa and isu both every year.
"I think they're very good," Farley said of the preseason top 25 Hawkeyes. "But so are we."

Ticket costs are expected to range from $25 to $70, with the four schools splitting proceeds. Each school will rotate as host, with Iowa serving as the event host in 2012.
                            Didn't say specifically.

i would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that neutral-site games versus beatable power conference schools are worth their weight in gold.
