Right....my spring of absolute hell might be mostly over.

I'll try to actually catch up the document in the coming weeks.

We never had a shot at him. He ended up with an Elite 11 invite and was blowing up. Frankly, I'm damn impressed that Campbell got him to stay in state.

          He hasn't signed yet

He very well may end up out of state yet

Add two more to the list!

            Hayden Amos OL 6'5" 240

            Wes Hine OL 6'5" 270

Coach Clanton has been doing a great job and getting great sized linemen who are big and mobile into UNI. He also seems to be doing a great job on getting them to commit early. Instead of the usual wait until two weeks before signing day to announce.

Another OL...this one out of Omaha...committed today.

You're not an "unreasonable hope guy" (like me). Thus, your makes make me wonder if you know something about this situation. They seem pretty excited in Ames about the verbal from Dekkers.

Love following him on Twitter, too. Positive, motivating, exciting. Hope he sticks for a while.
"...the Northern Iowa men's basketball team reached the ultimate highs before hitting a devastating low. Unexpected success, followed by unimaginable failure. And they owned it -- all of it -- for the world to see. Like men. Like leaders. Like champions -- in a way no tournament bracket could ever define."

Every coach is excited about every VC/signing ever. Find me one single quote from any coach in history that after a kid verballed/signed went "Yeah...I guess he said he's coming here. Maybe he will eventually play some day. We just hope he doesn't suck."

What I do/don't know about the situation doesn't mean anything in regard to what I'm saying.

He isn't signed yet. He isn't going to stop "blowing up" to larger programs just because he verballed to Iowa State. In terms of pecking order Iowa State is to the P5 world what UNI is to the state of Iowa.

                        5-10 years ago, yes.
                        Now? No.
The last couple classes ISU has beaten out Alabama, Michigan, Notre Dame, etc for some recruits. Campbell is gaining a lot of ground on the recruiting trail. The class rankings prove this.

They have beaten out those schools because those schools already had commits at their positions. But on the national level, it's going to take awhile before the overall view of the program changes. They're getting there, but it's still a steep hill to climb

                                Interesting Tweet by Farley today...

I'm sure he was in part referring to Anderegg, but not only him...

Such a great day for the Panthers I had to tweet. The Panthers continue to add to our current team as well as our 2020 team. All Panthers should be excited. Great school. Great staff UNI Family
